Brain Damaging Habits

Filed under: Uncategorized, health — admin @ 1:03 pm

There are some common habits among the people which will become very dangerous in the long-run and affects our brain vigorously. I have seen many people who just skip their breakfast and have only less hours of sleep. If the above two habits are constantly followed by one,I am sure this habit will destroy one’s happiness on a long-run.

No breakfast and heavy lunch- Lack of time is the main reason for escaping breakfast. Another important reason for skipping breakfast is to reduce the weight. People gulp a cup of tea in the morning and survive with that till their afternoon meal. The fact is, skipping breakfast leads to gain some more weights from 4 to 7Kgs per year. Blood sugar level drops due to skipping of breakfast, and leads insufficient nutrient supply to the brain, causing brain degeneration. By taking heavy meals in the afternoon, it reduces the mental power by hardening the brain arteries.

Sleep Deprivation - One of the main common reason is obstruction in the nose or throat by enlarged tonsils, etc that results in difficult breathing during the sleep. Its symptoms are Snoring, Fatigue in the daytime. Depression, working at night, not giving enough time for sleep form the other reasons for sleep deprivation. As a result, it will accelerate the death of brain cells. It is compulsory for everyone to take 8 hours of deep continuous sleep daily. Smoking causes multiple brain shrinkage and leads to Alzheimer disease.High sugar consumption and talking rarely are also some of the habits that affect our brain. Most of us will have the above habits, and so it’s high time for us to quit immediately and stay healthy. Live your life.Enjoy the way you live your life!

Help!!!

Filed under: General — admin @ 5:21 pm

Parvinder and Habib are beggars.

They beg in different areas of London
Habib begs just as long as Parvinder but

only collects £2 to £3 every day.
Parvinder brings home a suitcase FULL of £10 notes,

lives  in a mortgage-free house and has a lot of money to spend.

Habib says to Parvinder ‘I work just as long and hard
as you do but how do you bring home a suitcase full of £10
notes every day?’

Parvinder says, ‘Look at your sign board, what does it
say’?
Habib’s sign reads:

‘I have no work, a wife and 6 kids to support’.

Parvinder says ‘No wonder you only get £2- £3
Habib asks… ‘So what does your sign say’?
Parvinder shows Habib his sign board….

It reads,

‘I only need another £10 to move back to Pakistan ‘.

No wonder he collects more…

Worm - A New Threat For Internet Users

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 2:55 am

A New Worm named Conficker, Downadup or Kido spreads in a wide range through memory sticks, USB or low security networks and affects the PC very fast and poses a great threat to many users. This malicious program was first identified in October 2008 and is growing at a very fast rate. This worm has affected more than 3.5 million users so far, or may be the figure could be far higher than the estimated one. Keeping the Anti-virus up to date can help the system from such malicious program, else the internet users are going to be affected to a great extent as the worm searches for some executable part of the windows program file like ‘services.exe’ and then copies itself into the Windows folder as some ‘dll’ file with some different names. The dll file then changes or modifies the windows registry and runs as a windows service. Once it becomes part of the windows service, it creates some HTTP server and downloads files from hacker’s website and also changes the system restore point. This worm is completely different from others as it uses some complicate algorithms to generate 100’s of domain names and makes use of it, by affecting the users worldwide mostly from China, Brazil, India, Russia, and many countries. From the generated domains, it uses only one site for downloading the hacker’s files, so it is not possible to track that particular site. Experts from Kaspersky lab said that the new variant included two weeks ago makes it more complicated and uses multiple mechanisms in USB’s too and downloads many contents and creates new variant through this mechanism. Technicians using some reverse mechanism of the worms, so that they could only monitor them but cannot disinfect them. Users without proper anti-virus updates are going to be affected by this malicious program.
